Talkfree is a specialist Toll Free services company. We provide very low cost, yet feature rich 0800 and 0508 numbers in New Zealand.

Q. Can I keep the same number?
A. Yes, absolutely.

Q. Will I have to change any of my other telecommunication services?
A. No.

Q. How long will it take to change over?
A. Around 3-5 business days.

Q. What are your rates?
A. Pretty sharp, please see our pricing page

Q. Will the cutover be seamless?
A. Yes - the cutover will just happen and calls will continue to flow via your toll free and routed to your destination without disruption or down time. Most people don't even know the change has occurred.

Q. Can I keep the same services that I currently use, for example Time Of Day Routing?
A. Yes, we have rich list of services that can improve your business inbound service. Please see the attached Toll free Feature list or send an email to sales@talkfree.co.nz with your specific request.

Q. Will I get a fee for breaking a contract with my existing provider?
A. Most telecommunications ETCs (Early Termination Charges) relate to Mobile phones as they are often provided at discounts based on term contracts. Talkfree doesn't expect toll free customers will get any ETCs, however if you do we will reimburse you with a credit. The maximum credit is $100.

Q. Can you provide me with call reporting?
A. Yes. We provide detailed call reporting for all toll free numbers. This reporting is provided monthly with your invoice.

Q. How do I get my invoice and when is it payable?
A. Invoices are emailed around the 1st of each month and payable on the 20th.

Q. Do you provide support?
A. Yes. We provide both email and phone support during normal business hours. Please call 0800 TALKFREE or email support@talkfree.co.nz

Q. How does the price guarantee work?
A. Our pricing will generally save most businesses 20% and in some cases much more. If you think you have a special rate and you want to ensure we don't assume you have a standard rate from your provider then fax us your tolls account (07 929 2811) and we will look at your call volumes and make sure you are on the right plan that will save you the most.

Q. How long have you been around?
A. Talkfree is relatively new but our CEO and Chief Technical Officer have over 40 years of combined Telco and IT experience.
